Cancellation Policy

All online bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25. Please contact me via text or use the booking site if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. All cancellations made outside of this window will result in a non-negotiable charge of 50% of session fee. Session can only be rescheduled 1 time or deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged a non-negotiable rate of 100% of service total. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying this fee will be canceled and deposit will be applied to outstanding balance. Booking privileges will be revoked after 2 no call, no shows. Please check email for appointment confirmations and reminders. Please plan to arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time (no earlier). If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, you will be considered a no call, no show, and you will be charged accordingly. All return clients are required to have a valid payment card on file.
